Description

Kharn was the land that laid to the East of the Evening Wall, and North of the Auzgarne mountains. The region was home to some of the most diverse flora and fauna in Auriin, most notably the numerous species of bizarre fungi, from giant mushroom trees to organisms which played host to entire microbiomes of parasitic fungi. Kharn was home also to a variety of elf subraces, including Drow and Sieni, who lived alongside Humans, Firbolgs, and Grung.

Buildings, let alone castles, towns or cities, were rare in Kharn. Most of the region’s inhabitants lived in the open air, or in shelters formed of the nature that they lived amongst, or - in the case of the Drow - in the dank, dark caverns deep below the fungal forests.
