Bartrioch

The Free Conurbation of Bartrioch was formed as several settlements of Freefolk grew and merged together to form a single cohesive city. The city had no formal government, but managed to maintain internal peace, low crime and poverty rates, and overall prosperity nevertheless.

Bartrioch was represented as a part of the Coeminster Pact by the half-orc Tomph Goltorah, an ordinary carpenter from the city who was elected to the position by her peers.
